I would guess low 13s if you're running 21" wheels. If you had 20" wheels I'd say high 12s.
GM tested their Camaro SS's with 21" wheel option and they ran .2 slower on average. That equates to 20hp disadvantage vs. stock 20" wheels.
That's why guys get light weight wheels like the TWS Nurburgrings (23 lbs). That's like adding 20-30hp to your car.
