Not nearly as hard as Black because it isn't close to being that dark. My biggest issue with keeping it clean is that when it's dirty, the metallic flake is hidden and the color seems to "flatten out" if that makes any sense to you.
I can go a few days before I think she's really dirty where I don't think I could drive 15 feet to the mail box with out getting a black car dirty.
I have a greystone metallic Tahoe, which is a lighter Gray with hints of earthtones in it, and it hides dirt better. Its in my garage if you want to see the Tahoe color I'm talking about.
