Dremel. Cut cut cut cut, add honeycomb/mesh of some kind, and you're done. I plan on setting up a short ram a lot like the ram jet fuel injection system (pic can be found
here) and I think opening up the hood scoop will help make the overall temperature of the air coming through the intake a little bit cooler (instead of all that hot air from over the radiator).
