Understanding the SCT gauges

When looking at the SCT gauges, how do I know what is considered good or not? I have tried looking some of the things up and cant find answers. For instance:

ABS Throttle% 16.86
Rel Throttle% 50.19
Spark Adv 13.5 This one jumped around from 8 to 15 though.
STFT B1 1.05
STFT B2 .95
LTFT B1 1.05
LTFT B2 1.02

From reading, I understand the LTFT ideally would be at 1 but even they moved slightly. All this was sitting at idle.
