I actually did the one where you put replace the existing bushing in the factory housing. Probably worth the extra money to do this one given the extra time to get the old one out. I had the cradle down for bushings when I did mine so I can't say exactly what the effect was, based on the geometry of the suspension, stiffening that bushing up makes sense if you are drag racing.
