I have a 2012 and use the E brake anyway. I still don't understand exactly how the Hill Start works. From what I can gather from these threads is that there is a 2 second delay once you let off the brake and only after it is set. What triggers it the hill or the roll back and how do you release it. Surely there had to be more thought put in to the system.
