Too much +offset combined with too much tire diameter. Consider that the 1LE and ZL1 cars run 285/35's on 20x10 wheels with +23 offset . . . I'm going to guess that the Niche wheels were designed more for a flush appearance than actual proper fit and clearances.

For a true dual-purpose street/autocross or street/track toy you need wheel and tire width more than you need anything more than minimal lowering. The lower CG doesn't buy you as much help as it appears to provide.

Without changing anything about your wheel & tire package, you'd most likely need stiffer springs AND stiffer bars, and better shocks & struts to control those. Stiffer bars and shorter tires by themselves might be enough if the shocks and struts you have are up to it (if you're still riding around on 6 year old OE dampers, they very likely aren't).
