Different laws for different areas. Some states require damage disclosure if it goes over a specific dollar amount, say $500.00 If it was damaged & repaired, it could have been almost anything and could have included something falling on the decklid. If it was just the decklid, I wouldn't worry too much about it, but I would take it back to the dealership and have them look at the fisheye & see what they can do about fixing it to your satisfaction.
