I got the brake pads from a buddy he used them for a few hundred miles didn't like them. I mean only paid $50 bucks for the fronts. He said he did the breakin procedure but knowing him he just drove it LOL. Oh well, I really just needed to get the front rims off and mount the welds and I couldn't do that with the rollerskate brakes.
My alignment must have been screwed up the front tires are all worn super uneven and the one is leaking air pretty bad. It had 5psi in it before I dismounted it. Tire shop said its leaking around the bead and the shape the tires are in they just need to be replaced.

Damn! That's cheap man. That's worth the price and squeal for the time being, LOL. At least when it's time to change pads, you can go with new rotors and pads to ensure you bed them perfectly yourself, and with new equipment, which should likely help.
