I think that being able to go down to the Factory (Oshawa), be handed all the build sheets etc. (maybe even get 'buddied up' with a key plant worker), tour the plant, and track test your own car would be well worth an extra $1500. Would also love to be involved in something assembly related but it would have to be a finishing touch since I would want to drive it away that same day. I assume taking delivery from the plant is also on the table? An experience like this would be a compelling reason to purchase a new one vs. waiting a couple of years and allowing market depreciation to have it's way with the car before jumping in. GM should definately do this!
