The faster way to cool down your engine in between your track session is to let it run with the AC full on and the hood open. It takes less then 10 minutes to get back to 190f.

Never thought of the AC. Does it work because it kicks on the fans on high? Running the heat in AZ is not pleasant since its normally on the warm side but i guess it would matter much with the windows down at speed.
