Get the car up in the air (all 4 tires so you can start it shift to drive and then back to park to simulate taking it for a drive dont have to do it long just enough to go through the cycles) remove the heat shield between the exhaust and the driveshaft. you should see the bottom of the linkage with a bolt on the bottom. the way I "adjusted" it is just small cases of trial and error. My linkage rod ended up needing just a very slight nudge towards the front of the car.
