Including fuel pump? BAP or in tank swap? If in tank you are pretty damn good to do it that fast.

This is how I did mine. Probably took me 10 to 12 total hours but spaced it over a few days.
Including ZL1 pump ADM Fuel Controller, but I cut an access panel in the floor.
