They haven't and that poster has no clue what he is talking about. I know a lot of people on this site believe Ford employees are somehow inferior to GM employees in financing and marketing, but anybody who really understands the business know better. That being the case, Ford is not going to price the GT500 $18k over the ZL1.
All things point to the 2013 GT500 base price to undercut the ZL1 by a few bucks with the optioned out versions going for a few grand more, but certainly not anywhere $72k.
