So lets look at this logically.

You would need to know when the guards were not looking, where the camaeras were, etc.
Then to physically pull this off, you need a couple (or more) of shop jacks.
Then you need the jack stands and blocks of wood to put the cars on. Which indicates that whomever did this cares about the cars in question. I would have jacked the cars up and let them sit on the brake calipers if I were just stealing that many wheels.
So, a rip-off crew loaded up 88 blocks of wood, they'd need a large truck to haul that much wood, and to haul away the tires.
Also these wheels arent winning any lightweight contests, that is a huge amount of work.
I smell something fishy.
