Not happening.
GM would have to get the new tune certified with the EPA on both emissions and MPG which isn't cheap nor easy. It's simply not worth the hassle for such a small return. GM did try this on a couple other makes and models for a short time but soon canceled the offer because it simply wasn't feasible.
Also Ford tried to do something similar with the Boss 302 but never could get it certified.
