I recommend this stat though if you are thinking about changing it out and its a very easy install

Thanks. I do want to get a lower tstat but my car has been tuned and the fans do come on early and full speed early. My temps aren't bad, in traffic they could get up to 205 in standstill traffic, moving down the road it is about 196-200 in 100+ degree ambient temps.
Anyway, I'll look into it next year since hopefully we will get cooler weather here in CenTX, one day..
