Used a dremel to cut off the posts on the back; filled in the back with JB Weld so it was flat; then used 3M moulding tape to stick them on.
I need to touch them up though cause the red, blue, most of the white, and most of the black paint came off. I recommend putting clearcoat on them before installing if you get some.
