So some woman freaked out on me when I tried to help her today. She got her car hit while she was inside. So I went over and explained that there was barely any actual paint damage (over 90% was just paint transfer, plus a farily large but extremely shallow dent, not over any creases or spider cracking evident) and recommended going to a PDR person. So she flips out saying she doesn't want that and wants it done right, safe to say I walked away then.
