So here are the photos of my engine cover i recently did and kind of messed up but also didn't? lol

Everything looked really well, did a few coats of orange yesterday and let this paint sit over night (24) hrs time before clearing it.. So today i get the clear out and did 2 coats and walked away for a few minutes.. i comes back and find it looking like this!

what the heck did i do wrong? I painted and cleared my previous v6 engine cover and didnt have this problem.. Yet again it looks kind of cool.. if this ends up bothering me ill end up sanding it all off and redoing it again
