Wow, it's a 2014 SS too.
I was in Korea about 5 years ago too and remember seeing a Challenger SRT8 and a black C6 Z06. Both were owned by U.S. military personnel. Those cars were a welcome sight in the sea of boring white/black/silver Daewoo's, Kia's, and Hyundai's.
Just a guess but I think that Camaro is owned by a U.S. military guy.
