I'm in Tampa too, up near Wesley Chapel. I haven't seen much activity from any Camaro specific club except Tampa Bay Camaro, who supposedly meet up Wednesday nights at the Wing House in Palm Harbor. It's too far of a drive for me on a week night unless I leave straight from work, and that's just not an option for me.

Depending on where in Tampa you are there are some car related events, but I haven't been in the scene much. DuPont Registry does cars and coffee in St. Pete and there's a monthly car show at the Wiregrass mall in Wesley Chapel.
