Your welcome. Where I marked in red on copy of your picture is the approach I would most likely take and that would avoid removing the dash brackets and possibly introducing rattles or dash alignment issues down the road. When I installed the OEM Camaro ambient cup holder and footwell lighting in the console I also had to remove the entire console and remember how the carpet was run all in one piece at the factory. I've seen the OEM cupholder LED lighting kit going for real cheap, you doing that as well while it is apart?
