Yes, if he wanted to correct his time and submit it, his time would actually be slower.
Allowing corrected times to the "unofficial" 1/4 mile list is to make things more fair for the guys that live at high altitude.
And its up to you whether you want your time corrected and added to the list. If the time shown is corrected, it will say corrected next to the time with the density altitude (DA).
