For those of you replacing your head unit with Pioneer or Kenwood or whatever, have you replaced the USB/Aux plug in the console? Some of the new head units have duel USB as well as HDMI inputs so just wondering what you've done to accommodate.

I'm looking at something like this, even though this was made for Ford it looks like it could work in place of what I have now which is the second picture.
