If it was pre-ordered and the person who pre-ordered couldn't secure finances then whoever had one like it on order should have had the first shot at picking it up........however that person would have to pay to get bumped up to that slot depending on how many that dealer had allotted to them.
I have no problem with someone paying over as long as mine doesn't get bumped down. I won't pay extra to get it sooner after waiting this long. He paid to play..........congratualtions on your new 2010 Camaro.......btw....I like the 68 also.
