Mix it like paste in bowl with water. Keep the windshield wet with water. Dab sponge on paste, gently scrub windshield in small circular motions (kind of like gently sanding) , wash off with water really well, clean window as normally, and it looks like new! And don't forget to keep the wipers clear.
