I built a spreadsheet comparing all tire sizes from 225 through 325 or so for 19 and 20" rims, this way I could know how ride-height would be affected going to a different profile tire. I don't have enough information to know how much different yours would be from stock, such as what stock front and rear profiles are, widths, etc., but you can do this yourself. This way I was able to find alternate winter tires and wheels at 19" and 255 that were within 1/4" of the ride height of my summer setup.
