No, it does not. It's dealer's choice to sign up at whatever percentage they want. If you have a good relationship with the dealer, ask to look at a recent Impala invoice (or whatever) and you will see two numbers above the 310 amount (invoice). That will determine what adv. percentage they are paying (usually 1.5 - 2%).

That is always subject to change.

I have a question if you bought it (and agreed) at $xxxx over invoice. Didn't you at least agree with the dealer to show you the invoice when they get it from GM?
