Need to let it out. My radio loses reception intermittantly and has done so since day 1. It has been to the dealer 3 time so far. 1st time can't duplicate. 2nd time can't duplicate but is probably caused by new amp or window tint on rear glass. Took the service mgr for a ride it did it but tint, aftermarket amp. 3rd time removed amp installed BA amp, tech verified problem. Tech support said to hook it to the laptop and record the reception readings. 35-60 were the readings. Tech support said that was good there was no problem. IF THERE WAS NO PROBLEM THE STATIONS WOULD STAY CLEAR AND I WOULD NOT BE HERE!
