Title should be, "when the rubber hits the road"

So my 1LE still sits in the garge waiting for the weather to change so it can come out to play but in the meantime. I've been wondering how these tires are handling the weather situations for those that are driving them around?
Are they any good in the rain? around town? on a highway?
Its called a dry summer tire by goodyear and with minimal tread, should I be concerned getting caught in the rain on a highway?
