It's easy using 1960s-1970s technology. Remove the wires from the trunk button on the door and route them to somewhere hidden that only you know about or would think to look and connect them to a new momentary switch. Now you have a "dead" decoy trunk release and an active one somewhere else, just make sure you lock the doors too.
