My opinion: It's NOT like the wild, wild west because of our law structure in AZ. I'm far less inclined to want to get into an altercation with someone on the road as I would be in say, my home state of IL where "everything" is illegal. Not that I would do it there, either, anymore. I'm too old for that stuff.
