You act like this is some kind of normal service GM provides on a regular basis. Your car was delivered to the dealer with a sticker. The fact you didn't get it isn't GM's fault.
So GM has gone above and beyond here to take care of you on what is definitely an out of the ordinary request and you are complaining?
I'm glad you got what you needed though, just sad you've tried to trun a plus from GM into a negative here on what is generally a pro GM site.
