I just wanted to relay what I was told at my dealership when I checked on my car about the "recall". A recall is a term used for safety related problems GM has to repair. "Customer satisfaction program" is non-safety related issues that a customer may be complaining about. My question is why do we have to complain about it to get it fixed. I have not received any letter or any notification of any kind from GM. All my info is gathered from this site and then I fill the dealer in on what's going on. They are always happy to help me.
