That's why you need the alarm and it has to be installed right.
Sensor with 2 zones one is inside the car and other zone is external. And the motion switch. With these calibrated right it will detect wheel tampering.
This is more than one person probably a team of 2-4.
The locks do give you a little delay cause it's more work and noise.
