It all boils down to:
A) Buy a set for a great deal off of another Camaro.
You cannot rotate tires though. If that doesn't matter to you, then this is by far the most affordable route.
B) Buy a set for a great deal off of another Camaro.
Sell/trade the back wheels and tires to someone who wants them for the front of his SS, take his front wheels for the back of your car. Kind of a royal pain (and can you run the rears all the way around?)
C) Pick out your own wheels in a setup that you can rotate for longevity, then pick out a tire that is better than the stock Pirellis. Sell your stockers to recoup a couple bucks.
