Sure it will. I'm taking my resonated x pipe along but will wait to see how it sounds without it Thursday. If to loud I'll have Mike weld it on. I have two magnaflows from the v6 I could use but those will make it to quiet.Hopefully the stock resonators will keep it calm in spite of the outlaws and the rest.If not res x pipe go's in and maybe stock resonators come out as may be to much
