You need a harness to add RS lights to a non-RS, period.
GEN5DIY is the best out there, good price, direct fit GM connectors, guys know what they're doing, fast shipping. I was going to make my own harness, which would have NOT had GM connectors and would've been a pain. Since it was so cheap from them... I saved myself the hassle
