This is a pretty random piece of info but kind of cool. In the computer game Half Life 2 there is a buggy that you can drive around and the engine/exhaust sounds used were recorded from a "1968 Camaro with stainless steel exhaust and a highly tuned race engine".
Pretty neat piece of trivia if you ask me
