I'm not sure I agree. I do think dealers represent the automaker. Thats why you'll never see a GM / Ford dual new dealer.
And without a dealer network, an automaker can't survive. At least until they go the Apple route.
GM needs to crack down on bad dealers...it could cost GM if they don't.
