Hey, get together with some other Camaros in your area, go for a cruise, you'll keep up with them. I do it all the time. Make the car your own, the v-6 will grow on you. Someone on another thread mentioned that they couldn't see spending another $10,000 for 2 more cylinders. Remember, Chicks don't know cars have different size engines.
