The main idea behind using the forged wheels is that a cast wheel of same strength will have to weigh a lot more relative to the forged one. Hence, the forged wheels would tax the suspension less (less unsprung weight) and let your car perform better.

Not specifically talking about these wheels, I don't know anything about them, but the reverse is also true. If a cast wheel of same size is similar in weight to a forged wheel of same size, then there is no way it can be as strong as that forged wheel.

One way or another, using the forged wheels for the track makes most sense.
