Stall speed does not generally affect price. 6L80 units made to our specifications run $950 shipped. Out of all the converters we've ever installed, these are not only the most accurate, but also the most efficient!

Go with 3000+. They're built so well that driveability with a higher stall speed is actually pretty dam good on and off the track! This customer daily drives this unit to and from work everyday and has not had any issues (other than embarrassing slower drivers). 2800 is a nice speed, but is hardly worth the money spent. That is my professional opinion.

Honestly, some cars actually see an improvement after tuning, lol. Some see a loss. Most see a loss mostly due to a HEAVY FOOT.

If you're concerned about MPG's, don't mod the car!
