Molnars XD rods look very nice and keenly priced.
Diamond make very good pistons too, as do JE. For some reason, I just dont like Wiseco so much. Probably not justified, but their pistons just never seem as well made as some other brands.
If you have good fuel available, ethanol or whatever...by all means push for that high CR.
If not, and it's a pump fuel setup, I'd be playing safe in the 9's. You'll never feel the difference, but the engine will nowhere near the edge.

Im actually leaning toward a Mahle coated piston at the moment. My 34k mile block should be fine with the stock bore, and Mahle offers a nice piston in 4.065.
Yea i know, I should at least go 4.07, and the next guy says I should sleeve it, then the next guy says go iron, then aftermarket... In the end I always do what I want and usually get away with it!
