Well, they're shipping them now! Mine shipped yesterday and says it'll be here Saturday. My buddy had one on order for 11 months and his shipped yesterday too. I ordered mine on April 2nd, so it wasn't too long of a wait for me. I reached out to them a couple times and got a reasonable response from them within a few days. Last time I reached out to them was on June 3rd asking about when they expected to ship them out. At the time, their website still said, "End of May". The next day I noticed that they had updated the website, "End of June". I got a response on June 6th: "The 10-13 Camaro Evo Style Diffusers are currently in transit to our facility. We are expecting to receive them in about 2 weeks. After they arrive at our facility, we will begin to ship out the products based on Order Numbers. Let us know if you have any further questions, thank you!"
I'll post some pictures of it when it arrives and when I get it installed! |

Jack wagons sent mine to my old address despite emailing twice. Sent it to 3 hrs away. Had to spend more of my own money for their mess up and won't even message me back. That's great service. Better be worth it.

My diffuser arrived today, and the install was seamless. It was very well packaged, and they also sent a license plate frame and a key chain/lanyard. There was no damage or scratches whatsoever on the diffuser.
The rear bumper was way easier to take off than I thought it would be. I saw on my phone that the diffuser was going to be delivered today, so I thought I'd go ahead and have the bumper off and ready when it arrived. As I was cleaning off the dirt and stuff that was hidden by the bumper after I got it off, the UPS guy pulled in with the diffuser. I actually knew the guy and we talked for a while. Small world. The fitment was spot-on. All of the clips and holes lined up pretty much perfectly. I used the inserts that they provide in case you aren't running quad tips. They were easy to figure out and install. They just slid into place and then I used a few little retainer clips to secure them into place. There were not any instructions included in the box, but it's very easy to figure it out once you've got the bumper off. You just take a few screws out and undo the clips holding the factory/current diffuser and then pop the new one in. Reckless.Raquel on YouTube has a video that kind of shows the process. Love the way it looks. Now to get my quad tip mufflers installed |

Like above post the finish and packaging was great. Fitment was nearly perfect. Only issue I see is around the ends I don't like seeing the gap and seeing the clips. If it was 1/4 to 1/2 wider it would be perfect. I also like that it's expandable if I get quad exhaust. Only other thing I see that maybe an issue is the additional pieces for single tip rest on a corsa muffler. |

Don't get me wrong. Total buy and 4.5 stars but not perfect.
