New Addition: Wicker Bill Spoiler

I spent a little time in the garage and added a Wicker Bill Spoiler to the existing OEM spoiler. It is growing on me. However, I might yank it off and paint the black IOM to match and leave the clear as is. Jury still out. I think it makes the back end look much more aggressive with the add.

In looking at how nice and clean your IOM looks, I think I agree with you on this one, the black is just enough to take away from the clean look and looks out of place. Paint matching it will help it "blend" better. Just my .02..

Theres so much IOM on the car, i like the black but theres no other black accent so its almost out of place being black. I say paint match it.

It looks great but I do think IOM would look better.

That's exactly what I was thinking as well, and said what I did. All the IOM just looks killer, and the stripes.

The only other black is under the hood on the strut brace. I had originally wanted that script to be white to match the Orange Krate bicycle white lettering but the pinstriper convinced me to go with the black lettering to match the black components under the hood. That was the right call.

Thanks again for input. Jim

When I saw another IOM car with ghost stripes I knew I had to have them. A buddy of mine had ghost stripes on his Jewel SS/RS but his had flames within the ghost stripes so I just kept mine very generic stripes. They disappear at one angle and pop like gold at other angles. The stripes are now 13 years old and still look new. The painter did a heck of a job. I am hoping he is able to match them with the trunk lid which would look magical.

Thanks again. Jim

Grandkids Update!

Since I last posted a Grandkid series on here we have added two more Grandkids. I will be taking a series of photos soon and show Orange Krate's trunk capacity.
