Looking for advice. Camaro sat for 6.5 years

Like the title says the car has sat for 6 and a half years. It is covered in a thick layer of dust. I want to bring her back to her former glory. Any advice on preserving the clear coat?

Also the interior is mold free but just seems dull. Thanks yall.

If it were me I would probably use a leaf blower or something and lightly blow off the loose dust then I would use a foam cannon a few times and let the soap take away some grime and then do a normal wash. from there I would address the paint as needed and choose your coating wax/ceramic. Interior I would use a cleaner and then leather cleaner/conditioner as needed with a regular coating on the rest.

I would then replace all of the fluids and battery filters and plugs and go from there. I'd probably pull the plugs and spin the motor over a little before first start, Fuel may or may not be a issue but fresh would be better. I have had cars sit much longer ( Typically in a climate controlled garage with a cover though.

Awesome, that’s some good unfortunately right there! Any recommendations on interior products? I’ve used meguiars in the past.

As far as the engine goes I just button up an LSA build so all fluids, fuel, plugs, and battery has been replaced.

Thanks for the reply

I would do as Joe said about the washing aspect, and blowing most of the dust off the car first. Here are all the detail items I have used for a long time on both my cars I've owned. For the interior if you have leather, I use the McGuires Gold Class leather cleaner/conditioner. Good luck..
