Spoiler help

Does the 2LT coupe have a small spoiler included? I am trying to compare what the upgrade spoiler looks like compared to just the one that comes with the car automatically. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Anita

Only if you get the RS package.

This link
will answer these types of questions.

I don't believe the car comes with a spoiler (even on the second level models like 2LT or 2SS). You have to get the RS package. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Anita, the 1SS and 2SS as well as any 1LT/2LT with the RS package come with the small spoiler.

"RS Appearance Package (WRS)
(Available on 1LT , 2LT , 1SS and 2SS)
* 20-inch Midnight Silver painted aluminum wheels
* High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps
* Body-color roof ditch molding
* R ear spoiler (1LT and 2LT models)
* R S unique taillamps
* R S badging"

spoiler

Thanks! I just read the RS info in the 17 pages I printed out.

Does anyone have a photo of just the 2LT without the spoiler package? I was trying to see how that looks.

Any help would be great.

Keep in mind there are some unanswered questions about mounting holes for the stock spoiler versus the ones available from GMPP. So if you think you are going to upgrade to a different spoiler, you might want to make sure you order the car without the stock one (or at least do some research on the mounting).

Here is a thread link to the base model with no spoiler.

Take note of the wheels as well. Unless you like those types, you may want to get the RS. The RS comes with the more known concept type wheels..

Thanks for the photos of the RS package. If I do NOT get the RS package, does the 2LT still have a spoiler? If 'no', would you have a photo on how it looks?

This is Number3's 1LT, but you get the idea. A 2LT would look the same.

I believe the only exterior difference are the wheels (from black steel to 5-spoke). There are some interior differences, but not sure what.

The 1SS, 2SS always comes with the spoiler. The 1LT and 2LT only have a spoiler with the RS package.

The high wing spoiler uses different holes than the normal spoiler. At this point in time, if you order an SS or a LT/RS you'd have to fill in the holes as there's no spoiler delete option. The blade spoiler which is on the Dale Jr. car but not available yet, should be using the same holes as the RS & SS spoiler.
