Discount on CAI cold air intakes?

I can't seem to find anyone who sells CAI intakes less than MSRP. Am I just not looking hard enough?

CAI has a minimum advertised price policy. To sell their product, you have to agree to not off their product below the price they want, or even publically suggest if someone contact you that you may sell it below that price. Your best bet is to buy one of the packages a lot of vendors including me offer. This is the one way of discounting the part that cannot be controlled by a minimum advertised price policy.

+1 And just to be clear, this isn't something that is uncommon or unique to CAI. Many/most manufacturers have MAP policies.

Lowest price isn't always the best deal.

there are however, distributors that put together "deal packages" that include a free or deeply discounted extra part... I got my CAI intake and was given a choice between a scoop , 160degree thermostat and something else, I forget..I got the thermostat...
MacMall does the same type of thing, can;t discounts Mac's but, if you buy from them they give you $100's of freebies...
